Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once a digital product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned once they have been accessed or downloaded, we do not normally offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after access or download has begun.

Before Download or Access

If you purchased a digital product but have not yet downloaded or accessed it, please contact us as soon as possible at support@skillflix.net. We will review your request in accordance with applicable consumer law.

European Union and EEA Customers

Where applicable, consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase.

For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this withdrawal right may be lost once delivery or access begins if the customer has expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged that doing so means losing the right of withdrawal, as permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Defective, Incorrect, or Inaccessible Products

If you receive a corrupted or unusable file, the wrong digital product, a product that cannot be accessed due to a technical issue on our side, or digital content that is materially different from its description, please contact us at support@skillflix.net.

We will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing a working file, restoring access, or supplying the correct product. Where required by applicable law, other remedies may also be available.

Change of Mind

Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we do not provide refunds simply because you changed your mind, no longer need the product, purchased it by mistake, expected different results, or did not read the product description before purchasing, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
